I'm glad I stumbled on to this story, this is really brilliant from Rose finding her way through the void, broken and half mad it begs the question how long Rose was in the void, especially learning that she can't die.
Oh, and how can I not love that part? I've always wanted more consequences after the Bad Wolf thing -- after all, Rose held on to the Time Vortex far longer than either the Doctor or Jack. There should have been consequencesor something!
Jack's tenderness towards Rose was heartbreaking and it was very cathartic 'seeing' Jack lash out at Owen, who I really think is an utter prat. Thank you for writing this.
