D'you know, I never actually figured out if Bliss!Doc could purr, or if that was strictly a Finders!Doc thing? Aaahhh, heck -- if I make up too many versions of Time Lord physiology I'll never keep 'em straight. So, from here on out, I guess Bliss!Nine can and does purr, officially (if properly motivated). ;)
