This is amazing. Are you/were you a history student? Because this sounds so authentic, so perfectly in character that I can hear Tommy saying it. I particularly love the last line though. I keep dreaming of an angel telling me I'm her hero. I wish I could believe it was true. I'm glad he remembers her.
