Author's note: This is for the Rose Ficathon sponsored bydark_aegis and wendymr. I'm writing for joely_jo, who wanted a mention of the Doctor influencing pop culture, the Doctor being impressed by Rose in some way, and an alien world. Jo, dear, I hope I've met your expectations!
